Ronald Mason (Ph.D., Iowa) is Associate Professor Emeritus of Political Science and will direct the leadership development training exercises. Professor Mason founded PEPS (Program for Effective Participatory Systems) in 1982 and since has done leadership advisement and training for the Ford Motor Corporation, Keystone Steel & Wire, Diagraph-Bradley Co., the Peoria Labor-Management Council, the U.S. Department of Labor, and a number of other public and private sector organizations.
